SaaS tools for developers: dependency tracking, document analytics, browser testing, AI support
Grounded in available product and source data
Rather than offering a monolithic platform, CoMStudio provides a suite of specialized SaaS products designed to address distinct challenges faced by developers and teams. Each tool operates independently with its own focus—dependency tracking, document analytics, browser testing—while sharing a common pricing philosophy of transparent, event-based billing without credit systems. CoMStudio OÜ is registered in Estonia. For immediate utility, several products are currently available: DepLog tracks dependency releases across npm, PyPI, Maven, and NuGet registries, filtering prereleases and sending alerts via email, Slack, Teams, or webhook. AnDocs shares PDFs with stable links, tracking engagement metrics including opens, full reads, time per page, and CTA clicks. RenderLog runs automated browser checks for pages, forms, and UI states, comparing results against an accepted baseline while retaining screenshots, video, and other artifacts. PreviewChecks offers a free public checker for crawler access, metadata, and image problems on web pages. While CoMStudio presents an ambitious vision, a significant portion of its advertised ecosystem remains in active development or limited preview. The CoMStudio Platform itself—a first-party product analytics tool with events, funnels, and usage limits—is in development, with its first private preview not yet released. GetNowDate, Krynia, and DobroDesk are currently in preview stages. DepLog, AnDocs, RenderLog, and PreviewChecks represent the fully available portion of the ecosystem. Pricing varies across tools, with some offering free tiers (AnDocs provides one active document, DepLog offers five packages) and others starting at rates like €1.47 per 10 additional documents or €1.37 per 20 extra packages.
Four products are currently available: DepLog for dependency tracking, AnDocs for document analytics, RenderLog for browser testing, and PreviewChecks as a free public checker. Three products are in preview: GetNowDate for date/time APIs, Krynia for company knowledge bases, and DobroDesk for AI-powered support inboxes. The CoMStudio Platform itself—a first-party product analytics tool—is explicitly in development.
CoMStudio uses transparent pay-as-you-go pricing with event-based billing and no credit systems. Each product has free starting limits and clear per-unit rates. For example, AnDocs starts free with one active document (€1.47 per 10 additional), DepLog starts free with five packages (€1.37 per 20 extra), and the upcoming CoMStudio Platform targets USD 2.70 per 100,000 events after a 100,000-event monthly allowance.
DepLog tracks dependency releases across npm, PyPI, Maven, and NuGet registries, along with other registries. The tool filters prereleases, adds changelog context, and sends alerts via email, Slack, Teams, or webhook. The free tier allows tracking up to five packages.
Yes, most CoMStudio products include free tiers: AnDocs offers one active document at no cost, DepLog allows five packages, and GetNowDate provides API calls monthly on its free plan. AnDocs and DepLog charge only when usage exceeds these free allowances. Some preview products like DobroDesk (USD 19 per month for 100 conversations) and Krynia (EUR 47 per month for 5 million tokens) do not have free tiers.
