Hookdeck Inspect is a webhook tester you can use without creating an account. POST to inspect.hookdeck.com and the reply comes back as JSON with an ingest URL to send to and a requests URL that waits for the next payload to arrive.
The waiting endpoint holds a request for up to 25 seconds, which is enough for a quick round trip from a script or an agent. A webhook library covers the services you already use, so you can point at a familiar provider instead of hand-rolling a payload.
